When the item has been added to your cart, when you view your cart there is a box underneath the item saying "Add an optional note to seller". Add your required number in there (3 Characters maximum for the regular plaque, OR 5 characters for the large plaque) in the box and then proceed to checkout as normal. Be sure to include the name too (Up to 25 characters) if you selected the Large with name option. If there are any issues with your wording we shall get in contact with you via the Etsy messaging system. Don't worry if you forget to as you can also send us a seller message afterwards.
