Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we control and / or process any personal information about you electronically using the following lawful bases.

Lawful basis: Consent
The reason we use this basis: We store personal information regarding to past orders for a period of up to 12 months, as this is as long as the warranty period on our products. Your name, address, email address and phone number (if provided) are kept on file along with the items that you ordered, and any information you provided for customisation of a product. Bank information is processed through 3rd party providers to which we do not have access to. Personal information will not be used for any marketing or retargeting strategies unless consent is given by ticking the consent box when placing your order. By giving us consent to send you marketing information your details may be kept on file for longer than 12 months. However if we do not send any marketing out in that time your details will be deleted. Also if you subsequently opt out of marketing your details will also be deleted after the initial 12 month period or you opt out, whichever is last.
We process your information in the following ways: Your personal information is stored in a password protected cloud based system with limited access within our company. Bank information is processed through 3rd party companies that we do not have access to. This information is used if a refund needs to be applied but does not allow us to make additional charges to the account.
Data retention period: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties. / We do share your personal information with third parties.
If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.

Email marketing messages & subscription

An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.
