UK Deliveries:
• Standard DPD: Dispatched within 2 working days, delivery typically within 2 days (next day delivery for most, but not guaranteed) - Please see our Personalised Orders Delivery time alotment
USA Deliveries:
• UPS Expedited: Dispatched within 2 working days, delivery within 2-4 days (not guaranteed).
• Express Saver: Guaranteed 2-day delivery with a claim option if late.
Rest of the World Deliveries:
• UPS Expedited: Dispatched within 2 working days, delivery within 2-4 days (not guaranteed).
International Express Shipping:
• Available with guaranteed 2-day delivery to the USA (Express Saver).
Personalised Orders:
• Production time: 4 to 10 days
• Delivery time is additional, depending on the selected shipping method.
Shipping to US PO Box Addresses:
• Sent via USPS
• Delivery time: Up to 28 days
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for domestic orders or 60 days for international orders. This time is started when the item is dispatched. If this time period has expired then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
With buying items online it can be difficult to know whether you are buying the right item for you until you have it in your hands. We will ask questions about why you want to return the item but only so we can try and make our items better.
But as long as your reason is genuine then we will return or replace it for you. To be eligible for a return, replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
